Day 6 -- Shedd Aquarioum and Field Museum

We went to see the fishes and the field Museum. It was fun, but tiring. A lot of walking. We at my favorite restaurant here: Culver's! I love that place. It is the best! My mom and I went shopping at Burlington Coat Factory. I found 2 really really cute skirts.


We will be going to First Baptist Church of Hammond, In. tomorrow morning. I'm very excited! This will be the first time my family has been to the church. I'm excited to see them walk into that ginormous auditorium!

Day 5 -- Navy Pier, Adler Museum, and Sears Tower

Fun day. We went to the Navy Pier. Again you will see a lot of pics. I'm going in order. There was a lot of pretty flowers at Navy Pier, so you will see some of those. There was also a little show, so I will show you that.

~Adler Musuem~

This musuem was all about space and things like that. Not much pics of the inside, but I do have a really good pics of my mom, dad and brothers with the skyline behind them.

Day 4

Well, we haven't done much today. We have finnaly made it to my "new home" for the next 4 or so years. Haven't moved into the dorms yet. I will on Tuesday. See ya'll later. We are going into Chicago tomorrow. I will take lots of pics and tell you all about it. See ya then!

Day 3

We went to Ceder Point today. Didn't take any pics. Didn't want to break my camera in the park. We had lots of fun!

Day 2..LOTS OF PICS

Well, for the first time my brothers and I meet our Aunt Weebe and Uncle Nathan. This is my granny's sister. She is so sweet. We had so much fun. I took a lot of pics of her property. She lives on such beautiful land. It was so pretty. The woods and the trees and the flowers. Just gorgeous!

This is Alex. He is such a monkey!

This tree is in their yard. It was hit by lightning and is dead. They don't want to take it down. It is very pretty.

This is Uncle Nathan. He is really nice.

Day 1...

Well today is day 3 but I'm going to start at day 1...
We leave Florida about about 5 AM...All is great...Ride is good. We get to West Virgina and see God's beautiful mountains...

They were really pretty, but after about 5 hours going through them, well lets just say I wanted to see something else other then mountains. We were using a GPS system and we accidently set it stay away from toll roads, so GPS thing took us through the mountains. We went about 5 hours out of our way. Oh my. We were supposed to be at my aunts house by 5...we didn't get there till 9.30 or so. LONG DAY!!!

Been Busy

Well, I havn't been able to post anything in a while. I have been so busy, I have a lot to cover but I can't right now.. in the process of getting packed for college.

We were in the mist of Tropical Storm Fay...that was interesting...today is the first day it hasn't rained in like 4 days.

The teens had a going away party for me last night.. We had to much fun. I have pics and will tell more about it later. But can't now. Don't have time. Got to go get packing..Haven't even started yet...AHHHHHH Leaving Monday morning and driving to Ohio. When I get there I should have some time to post stuff about my weekend and I'm sure I will have some road trip stories. Well better go...See ya!!

Bus Route Adventures

WOW. We had a lot of fun yesterday visiting our bus kids. Yesterday was my last Saturday to visit my kids till I come home for Christmas. I'm going to miss them. We had big adventures, so as a blogger, I took pics. :)

Here is a turtle we saw at one of my kids house. As you can tell this is his "good" side...LOL

They needed it moved over the fence, so in the process of it hissing at me I moved it for them. It was a heavy turtle.

This is a trantula that one of my kids has for a pet. It looks very scary!!! AHHH

Did you think I would hold it. NO WAY!! HAHA..Yeah they talked me into it. It was really scary. AHHHHH

Yesterday before My brother and I left for church I found him playing with soap. He was making bubbles with his hands.

Ladies Meeting

Last night we had a ladies meeting, and I was the speaker. It turned out to be a going away party for me, and the only way for me to go was for them to have me speak. It was a fun evening. The theme was back to school, so we all sat in desks. It was fun.

My dog and the moth

My dog is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. Well, I tried to tell that to the moth he was playing with. The moth didn't believe me. And I'm sure he really doesn't believe me now. After my dog played with him, he ate him...HAHA and to think that my dog wouldn't hurt a fly...HEHE

Sunday Morning/My Bus kids

Well yesterday was a good day. I have a scary pic of me and a really good pic of 2 of my bus girls. I love all my bus kids and I am going to miss them while I am gone!

Vollyball and Pizza...

Last night we had a teen activity. It was so much fun. We played vollyball, and my team won both games!!! Then we ate pizza and had a devotion. Then we went out and played more volly ball. I love that game! All of us teens love playing it together!

Veggie Tales
