Thursday Soulwinning

Thursday is my churches weekly soulwinning night. We went to another town and I think there was a total of 33 souls that accetped Jesus as their Savior tonight! I had the privilage to see one of them tonight. We had a lot of fun! :)

Contacts

I am so excited because I got contacts today. They are just a trial pair but thats better than nothing. I have been wanting to get them because I ran out on my last box a long time ago. So I'm glad that I have a trial pair that will last till we get the real ones in!!!

My preacher has been doing this thing with us teenagers. He has been getting us to read a chapter in Provers. Will From last Wed. - this Wed it was chapt. 9. We have had a competition to see who could read it the most. Well, the highest before tonight was 72 and I broke that tonight with 136...I was so excited. It was really neat. Preacher game me 5$ and everyone else got some candy and I got some too. There was this boy, who I like, and he read it 111 times. And preacher didn't have anymore 1$ bills so he asked some of the church to give him a couple more dollars and he ended up with 6$. It was really funny.

The blue screen of death...

So, when I got home from going to see my mom at work (they had a huge jewlery sale. everything was 5$!) I went to to my laptop and there was this blue screen there. My dad is a computer whiz and he said hmm thats not good. Don't do anything to it or your computer will be fried. I was going crazy. I have my life on this thing and I can't loose any of it.

Well, all it was was a picture just set as my background. He scares me like that all the time, and he also wanted me to clean my room so there is anther reason why he did it too. HAHA

He can be very evil sometimes.

Blogging..

This bloggin' stuff can be a lot of fun...I have searched and searched for widgets or gadgets or something like that and can only seem to find some. So if any of you other bloggers know where I can find some, please let me know.

That chicken my dad made was yummy in my tummy. It was really good!!!

So my day was a lot of nothing. I cleaned and did laundry and blogged all day. And my brother is being really dorky right now, but what else is new...thats normal. HAHA.

MMMMMM...I can't wait to eat dinner..My dad is frying chicken and it looks so yummmmy. And I am so hungry. All I have had today is Mountain Dew and a Carmel KitKat. Not very healthy is it...Well this chicken was boiled in oil...don't think thats too healthy either. HAHA

Walking with Jesus at Church...

I'm not a good blogger yet, so I am not sure I can keep people interested in my blogs...so here is a tidbit of my day...which was really good by the way.

Walking With Jesus ---At Church---

I was at the church my 7:45 A.M. I call all my bus kids that I know are coming and no one, I mean NO ONE is wanting to annswer there phones. Well, who would at 8:00 in the morning. So, I really don't blame them, but they do need to come to church. So I keep calling, and calling. Our bus captain, who is also our driver was at the hospital with his wife, and he had someone else lined up to drive for us. Needless to say he didn't show up...(haha Bro. Josh) But that's ok...it all worked out. It's not ok that we could pick up all the kids in 2 cars, now thats really sad. :(

But on a higher note we still saw people saved and baptized this morning. And we had a wonderful time tonight!!!

Oh and yes some bus kids did answer there phones, so don't worry about that anymore. Not that you were or anything!

Hmmm...Well I'm going to go look at other peoples blogs. See ya'll l ater!

Saturday

Today was a good day.
Went soulwinning and then had a friend over. Then I took my papa to work and my dad my a really good roast..MMMM it was soo good!!!And now I'm waiting till 10:40 to leave and go get my papa from work. And then I'm coming home and going to bed so I can go to church and pick up my bus kids!!!

Today was a good day. Some of us teens went to see our youth pastors wife in the hispital. (She is also my aunt.) It was fun. I think she enjoyed it. I know we all did.
We made her a poster and got her some roses and some candy. And we got her a card too.
She is doing better and was able to talk to us. She was telling jokes and stories, which is the Ms. Jenni we all know. She is the one with the blue bag in her lap. The other three girls are in our youth group. She loves all of us and we all love her. Please keep praying for her. Thanks everyone!

Thought I would tell about Youth Conference this past week.

It was located at the First Baptist Church in Hammond, Indiana. 18 teens and 2 adults from my chruch went. We had so much fun!!!

Great preaching, great skits, and lots of crazy fun at the college, Hyles-Anderson College.

I learned so much, and I can't wait to go back up there at the end of August for college!

Cleaning

Well, I am cleaning today. Isn't cleaning so much fun!?! NOT! LOL. My mom has been working a lot to be able to get me to college, so I have taken up the chore of cleaning.



Please be in much prayer for my Aunt Jenni. She has Viral Meninijitus. She is very, very, sick! She will be in the hospital for another week. Maybe even another 2 weeks.



This is my first post on my blog, so not sure how it's going to go. Will do my best to keep it updated. Going to try to put a thought that I get from my Bible reading here.
